FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: modified bitumen contains an amine adhesion activator. Components are in the following ratio in wt %: amine adhesion activator 0.5-2.0, bitumen - up to 100. The amine adhesion activator used is a product of reaction of boric acid, diethanolamine and a mixture of C6-C20 plant oil fatty acids, with molar ratio of reactants of 1:3:(0.5-2.5), respectively.
EFFECT: use of the modified bitumen enables to obtain hydrophobic structural materials and protective coatings with high biostability.
