FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: thermal power plant includes steam boiler connected via live steam pipeline to turbine the condenser of which is connected via the main turbine condensate pipeline to feed water deaerator, low pressure heaters connected to the main condensate pipeline, connected to steam regenerative bleeding off points, demineralising plant connected via demineralised make-up feed water pipeline to the main condensate pipeline of turbine. Source water pipeline is connected to demineralising plant, surface heat exchanger - cooler is connected to the main turbine condensate pipeline between the first and the second low pressure heaters in condensate flow direction and as to cooling medium to demineralised make-up feed water pipeline, demineralised make-up feed water pipeline is connected to the main condensate pipeline between surface heat exchanger - cooler and the second low pressure heater in condensate flow direction.
EFFECT: invention allows improving reliability and economy of thermal power plant.
