FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heating turbine unit comprises a heating turbine with steam extraction connected to the regenerative and network heaters, a condenser, turbine seal vapour cooler, pipeline of main turbine condensate incorporating the cooler of main ejectors and regenerative low pressure heaters, an additional feed water deaerator with the connected to it pipelines of source water, heating agent, added deaerated feed water. The turbine seal vapour cooler is connected via the cooling medium in the heating agent of additional feed water deaerator, condensate pipeline of turbine seal vapour cooler is connected to the heat exchanger included via the cooling medium in the source water pipeline of additional feed water deaerator, and the deaerated additional feed water pipeline is connected to the pipeline of the main turbine condensate pipeline between the condenser and the main ejectors cooler.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the reliability and efficiency of the unit by the value-added use of turbine seal vapour cooler condensate turbine seals, reliable cooling of main ejectors cooling and turbine seal vapour cooler, to eliminate the need for recirculation of the main condensate through these coolers in the turbine operating conditions with small vapour gaps to the condenser and to eliminate heat loss from these coolers in the turbine condenser.
