SUBSTANCE: instrument consists of scale of subzero temperature indicator, amplifier, audio warning device, electric wires; at that, bottom of reservoir for rapid control of fat content of cow milk is tightly connected to angular crane, and through the pipeline to housing of filter element; at that, filter element housing is connected through angular valve located at its bottom to reservoir for concentrated solution of cow milk without content of ice and water crystals, and through the second pipeline connected to bottom of filter element housing and angular valve it is connected to water tank for ice crystal melting; throughout the height of side wall of filter element housing there tightly fixed is magnetostrictor of shadow method of ultrasonic waves; the more the height in reservoir for concentrated solution from cow milk without any water content in comparison to the height in water tank, the higher the fat content of cow milk is.
