SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The interaction of copper chloride (II) and malonic acid diamide is carried out at molar ratio of 1:2 and the temperature of 18-22°C, followed by preparation of 0.001% aqueous solution of the resulting bismalondiamidchloride copper (II).
EFFECT: invention enables to increase germinating energy and seed germination, to speed up the ripening of grain crops.
