SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, and is intended for presowing treatment of seeds. Crop seeds are treated with 0.001% aqueous solution of bismalonate ethylenediammonium for 2 h. Treatment with the agent is carried out at a rate of 1 litre of solution per 1 kg of seeds.
EFFECT: use of the agent enhances germinating energy and germinating ability and accelerates the beginning of crop ripening.
