FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to vertebrology. Paravertebral access to vertebra is performed. Distal component of three-component cannulated implant is installed into vertebra body. Elongating tube is fixed to distal component, and substance strengthening structure of spongy bone is introduced through it into vertebra body. In order to keep it into distal component introduced is directing guide which is removed together with elongating tube with the beginning of phase. Closed osteotomy of vertebra pedicle base is performed, it is elongated and rigidly fixed. Device for method realisation includes three-component cannulated implant, which consists of distal, proximal and internal components. Distal component is made with holes in walls, connected with central cannulated canal. Implant is provided with directing guide and elongated tube, whose working canal has external thread compatible in diameter with threaded canal of distal component. On its distal end adaptor for connection with syringe is located.
EFFECT: group of inventions increases reliability of procedure of elongation of vertebra pedicles in patients with osteoporosis, reduces trauma of surgery and risk of development of pathologic fracture of vertebra body.
