FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device may be used mainly in construction. It comprises drive motor, reduction gearbox coupled therewith to support cutter, and hollow case with dust discharge branch pipe. Said case is coupled with reduction gearbox via cutter drive while cutter moving in two intercrossing directions is fitted in said case. Said cutter drive comprises guide carriage fitted on horizontal and vertical guides. Note here that horizontal guides are rigidly secured on case rear section while vertical guides are rigidly secured on gearbox case. That latter has opening to receive the shaft and to allow it to displace therein vertically and horizontally. Air intake opening is made in said case and dust intake arranged opposite said opening closed by moving flap.
