SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carriages pushed from both ends. Carriage turn to the left is performed at first position P1 of handle 6 with unlocked turning wheels 11 while wheels 21 are locked against turn about vertical axis. Carriage turn to the right is performed at second position P2 of handle 6 with 11 locked and wheels 21 turning. Locking devices controlled by handle 6 allow locking of one wheels and unlocking other wheels. Turning handle 6 with cams 31 about fulcrum 5 makes cam 31 push work part 32a of sliding element 32 to act on cables 17, 27 coupled with wheels locking devices.
EFFECT: decreased number of links, higher accuracy of switching.
