FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of O-silylurethanes used as starting material when producing organic isocyanates and curing agents for silicone rubber. Disclosed is a method of producing O-silylurethanes via N-siloxycarbonylation of diethylamine at temperature 45-50°C for 6 hours, and then interamination of trimethylsilyl ether of diethylcarbamic acid with diazoles at temperature 80-85°C for 5 hours in a single step without separating by-products.
EFFECT: simple process, specifically cutting the number of steps and duration of the process.
