FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing novel N-substituted (2-dialkoxyphosphory-4-cyano)butanamidines of formula ,
where R=C3-C4-alkyl or isoalkyl; R1=C(O)CH3 C(O)C6H5;
R2=N(C2H5)2, N(C3H7)2, , which can serve as starting compounds in production of biologically active substances. The proposed method involves reacting corresponding C-phosphorylated acetamidines with acrylonitrile in the presence of sodium ethylate catalyst in a dioxane medium in molar ratio C-phosphorylated acetamidine: acrylonitrile: sodium ethylate equal to 1:1.05-1.15:0.10-0.20 respectively and temperature of 50-60°C for 2 hours.
EFFECT: wider range of chemical compounds, obtaining novel N-substituted (2-dialkoxyphosphory-4-cyano)butanamidines with high output (over 73%).
