SUBSTANCE: composition of cast iron can be used to manufacture parts of heating units, including furnaces. Cast iron contains, by wt %: carbon 3.0-3.4, silicon 0.2-0.3, manganese 0.2-0.3, magnesium 0.001-0.002, aluminium 2.7-2.9; tantalum 0.03-0.05, boron 0.7-0.9; wolframium 4.4-4.8, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: increased thermal stability of cast iron.
