SUBSTANCE: cast iron contains components in the following ratio, wt %: carbon 3.0-3.4; silicon 0.6-1.0; manganese 0.4-0.6; phosphorus 0.1-0.15; calcium 0.002-0.003; barium 0.01-0.05; tungsten 0.8-1.2; boron 0.3-0.4; iron is the rest.
EFFECT: cast iron wear resistance is increased.
