FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages preparation and subsequent packing of Chilean sauce and fried Atlantic herring preliminarily maintained in salt solution. The sauce is prepared using sunflower flour. The sunflower flour is poured with drinking water, maintained for swelling; then the flour is mixed with the remaining sauce ingredients.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
