FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, intraoperation X-ray diagnostics of traumatic injuries of femur, in particular, pertrochanteric fractures. In carrying out reposition of fragments in the process of surgery, X-ray examination in direct projection of proximal parts of injured and non-injured femoral bones is performed, and values of distances from subtrochanteric areas to apexes of femoral heads and shapes of arches of upper contours of necks of femoral bones are determined on X-ray pictures. They are compared and calculated by formula, mm: L=L1 - L2, where L is value of shortening of the distance from subtrochanteric area to femoral head apex in proximal part of injured femur; L1 is the distance from subtrochanteric area to femoral head apex on X-ray picture of proximal part of non-injured femur; L2 is the distance from subtrochanteric area to femoral head apex on X-ray picture of proximal part of injured femur. If value of L=3÷7 mm and arch of upper contour of neck of injured femoral bone is visualised in form of jogged line, having the shape shown on dwg.2, rotational displacement of I degree is diagnosed. If value L=8÷12 mm and arch of upper contour of neck of injured femoral bone is visualised in form of jogged line, having the shape shown on dwg.3, rotational displacement of II degree is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of time of intraoperation diagnostics of rotational displacements of fragments of proximal bone part, reducing degree of patient and personnel irradiation and preserving high accuracy of diagnostics.
