FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of tunnel of intestine wall, conduction of common biliary duct into tunnel to under seromuscular case of jejunum intestine through two transverse parallel incisions; dissection of submucous layer and mucous membrane in region of distal incision. Incision corresponds to diameter of common biliary duct; formation of anastomosis of butt-suturing the edges of connective layer of wall of common biliary duct with edges of submucous base. EFFECT: improved antireflux properties of biliodigestive anastomosis, reduced terms of its healing and higher reliability of anastomosis.
