SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to hygiene and is intended for oral care. Device for oral care includes a handle, a head attached to the handle and generating region of oral care. Area of oral care additionally comprises a set of fixed cleaning teeth elements, at least one vibrating cavitating cleaning element operatively coupled to the actuating device that causes a vibration of the cavitating cleaning element with a given frequency of vibration. Cavitating cleaning element is at least partially surrounded by fixed cleaning teeth elements. In at least one vibrating cleaning element contains a soft ring-shaped elastomeric area surrounding the concentric rigid vertical central section, which hardness is greater than the hardness of the outer elastomeric area. Group of inventions includes also a second version of the device in which the cavitating cleaning element is located in the center of the arc fixed cleaning elements at a distance from them, forming the interior space. Arc cleaning elements form a nozzle to supply matrix bubble flow from the nozzle outside. A group of inventions includes a system for oral care containing substance for oral care and a device for oral care, designed for activation the substance for oral care.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of teeth cleaning due to a vibrating system producing cavitation in the mouth.
