FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: tooth brush for oral care includes a handle having a head attached at one end of the handle, the head having at least one cleaning element. The head additionally has at least one dispensing oral care device. The dispensing device is designed so that to enable release of oral care material during five seconds under the impact of water with temperature equal to approximately 35°C - 40°C. The dispensing oral care device represents a capsule with a water-soluble shell that has at least one section with the shell thickness reduced as compared to that of the rest of the capsule shell, the shell thus designed so that to enable release of the oral care material from at least one section prior to the oral care material release from the thicker section of the rest of the shell.
