FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: item is made of steel containing components at the following ratio: carbon 0.016-0.12%, silicon 0.001-0.50%, manganese 0.05-1.90%, phosphorus 0.003-0.12%, chrome 0.01-0.40%, nickel 0.01-0.40%, copper 0.01-0.50%, aluminium 0.01-0.15%, nitrogen of not more than 0.015%, titanium 0.001-0.09%, niobium 0.001-0.09%, vanadium 0.001-0.09%, molybdenum 0.001-0.09%, sulfur of not more than 0.03%, tin to 0.03%, iron and unavoidable admixtures - balance, besides, the total content of titanium, niobium, vanadium does not exceed 0.22%, total content of carbon and phosphorus does not exceed 0.22%, the ratio of contents of manganese and sulfur makes [Mn]/[S]≥4.8. Steel may additionally contain 0.0005-0.005% of boron and/or 0.0005-0.005% of calcium, content of chemical components may be related to required minimum yield point (class of strength Cstr) by the following dependencies: [Mn]+[Si]≥(0.003-Cstr-A), [Nb]+[Ti]+[V]+[Mo]≥(0.0002-Cstr-0.026), [C]+[P]≥(0.0002-Cstr+0.06), and carbon equivalent of steel is defined by the following dependence: Ceq=C+(Mn+Si)/6≤0.35.
EFFECT: higher consumer properties of rolled metal due to improved formability with preservation of specified strength properties of rolled metal.
