SUBSTANCE: in a condensation steam power plant with a steam turbine plant a recirculated water system comprises separate hydraulic circuits for preparation and consumption of water for a cooling tower and comprises two tanks for water collection with a system to make up for water spent for evaporation, besides, tanks are connected to each other by a compensation pipe, providing for hydraulic independence of circuits for preparation of working water and its consumption.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of power plant operation and to rationally use secondary energy resources.
