SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. condensation steam turbine power plant comprises an acoustic cabin of an operator made as tight and equipped with a life support system in the form of an artificial microclimate system with a control panel, and also a workplace. The cabin frame is made in the form of acoustic noise-absorbing panels. An irrigating system of a power plant cooling tower comprises tubular elements folded in layers in parallel to each other from thermoplastic material with a latticed wall.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of power plant operation, to rationally use secondary energy resources and also to improve labour conditions of service staff.
