SUBSTANCE: shutoff valve comprises pipeline with inlet and outlet and elastic wall fitting on outlet 13. Elastic wall opposite sides approach to make closed structure when fluid pressure upstream of inlet and that downstream thereof are, in fact equal. Closed structure comprises every said opposite side 23, 23 with arched cross-section and fitting on each other to produce, in fact, tight joint 21, 22. Two connection areas of elastic wall jointing said opposite sides 15, 16 together are shifted toward each other by elastic cord or elastic belt, or shifting appliance. Said shifting appliance is arranged around elastic wall outer surface to extend along arc chord between elastic wall sides.
EFFECT: valve tightness without counter pressure.
