SUBSTANCE: shaving set with liquid dispensing includes a cartridge with a blade, a handle with a cavity, and a liquid composition dispenser. In the handle cavity, a container with a liquid composition for skin care during shaving is placed. The composition for skin care during shaving contains water and lipophilic, thickening, emulsifying and lubricating agents. The content of lipophilic substances for skin conditioning is from 13 wt % to 50 wt %. The composition viscosity value according to the power law is less than about 38 Pa⋅s and more than about 23 Pa⋅s.
