SUBSTANCE: lighting device (12) includes a framework (14), a light source (17) located inside the framework and having a hole (14b) for passage of light from the light source (17) and an optical element (15a) turned towards the light source (17) and covering the hole (14b). The framework (14) has a surface turned towards the optical element (15a). The surface includes at least the first end part (30 A), the second end part (30B) and the middle part (30C). One or two parts from among first end part (30A), the second end part (30B) and the middle part (30C) is/are designed to be the light source installation area(s) LA, a light source (17) installed in each of them, while the other part(s) is/are designed to be the empty area LN. The optical element (15a) has a part overlapping the light source installation area LA at least the surface whereof is positioned opposite the light source (17), such part having light reflection factor in excess of that of at least the surface of the part overlapping the empty area LN positioned opposite the light source(17).
EFFECT: ensuring uniform brightness, cost reduction and energy saving.
