SUBSTANCE: method for group transfer of signals between "intraareal" correspondents of this and adjacent basic stations is carried out by transfer of radiation capacity control functions, by the process of reception-transmission synchronisation, logical procedures of calls processing, formation of a voice channel, formation of channels of access to a local telephone network of public use and a procedure of "soft transfer" of correspondents during their displacement within areas of action of adjacent basic stations from equipment of basic stations to subscriber equipment, and also by transfer of functions of communication arrangement for mobile subscribers with subscribers of a local telephone network of public use from physical channels of the basic station to simple controllers of public radio access, reduction of basic station functions for above transactions to group reception, conversion of the spectrum, transfer of their spectra signals on air.
