METHOD OF WILD-GROWING HEMP CONTROL BY OVERSEEDING HOGWEED SOSNOWSKYI Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A01G7/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used as a method of control of wild-growing hemp by overseeding hogweed Sosnowskyi. The method involves mechanical operations: exhaustion, cutting wild-growing hemp, plowing and presowing treatment of soil. After cutting wild-growing hemp in the third decade of April or in the second decade of September seeds of hogweed Sosnowskyi are sown with a seeding rate of 25 kg/ha. During vegetation 2-3 interrow treatments are carried out. In third decade of May, seeds of hogweed Sosnowskyi are overseeded for hedging against the possible thinning of planting. All operations of sowing hogweed and tillage are carried out during the first two years. In the first year, at growing areas of hogweed Sosnowskyi the seeds are obtained. In the second year, hogweed is propagated by self-seeding. In the third year hogweed destroys completely growing area of wild-growing hemp. At the area of growing hogweed Sosnowskyi the herbage is obtained for production of biofuel and sugar products.

EFFECT: use of this method enables to destroy growing areas of wild-growing hemp, eliminating the possibility of manufacturing narcotic drugs "anasha", "cannabis", "marijuana".
