FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Surface of the infected soil section is coated with a protective layer, followed by application of a soil onto the protective layer, in which the seeding grasses are sown. From the infected area, the soil layer is first removed to depth of 8–10 cm and a layer of hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 is uniformly applied on the entire area of the infected area with magnesium hydroxide content Mg(OH)2 not more than 5 wt % in amount of 5–10 kg/m2.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fighting Sosnovsky cow-hound owing to lack of germination of weed shoots.
