SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in performing surgery and surgical manipulations under general anesthesia. A set of clothes which consists of 3 elements is put on patient: cloak (1), in which in central part made are a hole for putting it over head and lines of tearing off, one of which is located on middle line, and the other six - macros middle line of cloak, providing access to operation field and carrying out auscultation of heart and lungs, cloak being provided on lateral edges with fixers, made in form of fabric fastener, cloak length ensures body covering to the boundary of upper and middle third of hip, the width during fastening of fixers ensures circular body covering, sleeve (6), which on lateral edges is provided with fixers, made in form of fabric fastening, in area of elbow sleeve fold on sides made are cuts in form of isosceles triangles, which ensure access to ulnar vein when fixers are fastened, trouser leg (9), which on lateral edges is provided with fixers, made in form of fabric fastener. Length and width of sleeve and trouser leg ensure circular covering of upper and lower extremity when element is put on extremity and fixers are fastened. Elements of the set are made from film with metal sputtering from one side light golden, from the other - silver colour, to prevent hypothermia the set is put on with silver side to body, to prevent hyperthermia the set is put on with light golden side to body.

EFFECT: application of invention simplifies method, ensures achievement of thermal regulation in conditions of hypo- and hyperthermia, possibility to apply during transportation.
