FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for immobilisation in case of hand burns. Applied is detachable device, which contains fixer of radiocarpal joint, made in form of wire framework, located in fabric, provided with Velcro tape for fastening on forearm; from fixer on lateral surfaces of hand arise wire guiding profiles, connected with wire framework, consisting of fixing rings intended for fixation in them of 1-5 finger phalanxes without additional manipulations, and connective links, device being used to fix hand and radiocarpal joint in functionally favourable position or position of maximal bending and unbending. Device is installed with possibility of removing.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve possibilities of radiocarpal joint fixation.
