SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a group of inventions which refers to medicine, namely urology. The group of inventions involves the use, a composition and a kit of 3-alpha-androstendiol and a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor for treating sexual dysfunction when requested wherein 3-alpha-androstendiol and the PDE5 inhibitor are substantially released simultaneously so that exposure peaks of 3-alpha-androstendiol and the phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor are at least partially matched.
EFFECT: inventions enables the effective treatment of sexual dysfunction with underlying reduced delay between drug introduction and sexual activity.
