FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembling and welding box-shaped components at special devices. Proposed device comprises housing with turn table arranged at sidewall and turn table motor drive. Tie rod is arranged in cantilever inside said housing to translate therein. Two opposed beams arranged coaxially with respect to guide tie rod and support are coupled with tie rod. Every said beam is arranged to interact via rollers with turn table and is articulated with lever supports arranged in pairs along beam length. Two spring-loaded spacer levers are mounted on both ends of every beam to fix bottom and frame of covers of components being assembled. Tie rod translation drive allows adjusting spring-loaded levers force.
EFFECT: ease of assembly, higher accuracy and efficiency.
