ROTARY HYDRAULIC PRESS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC B30B3/00 B30B1/32

Abstract RU 2464169 C2

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to rotary machines intended for drawing, forging, gaging and the like. Propose press comprises bed, hydraulic cylinder with rod, rotary top and bottom supports, and support table. Said rod may reciprocate and revolve. Top disc-shape support is rigidly secure on rot and coupled via roll with bottom support to transmit rotation to top support and rod. Said roll may be arranged off center relative to rod rotational axis. To time rotation of supports ands reciprocation of rods gears are used articulated with hydraulic drive control units.

EFFECT: higher efficiency for used in automatic production lines.
