SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of simulation of grass cover that can be used to create dioramas, models, paintings, decorations. The method of simulation of grass cover involves application on the base of binding layer, insertion of natural materials in the layer, curing of the binding layer, and glyphtal lacquer is used as a binding layer, and after the curing of the lacquer layer the layer of emulsion paint is applied on it followed by its curing.
EFFECT: increased water resistance of the simulated grass cover.
