SUBSTANCE: system of wireless data transfer comprises the following: a communication module designed for transfer; and a communication module designed for reception. Communication modules designed for transfer and reception are located in a body of one and the same electronic device, or the communication module designed for transfer is installed in the body of the first electronic device, and the communication module designed for reception is installed in the body of the second electronic device, and a wireless data transfer channel providing for possibility of wireless data transfer between communication modules is generated between communication modules, when the first and second electronic device are arranged in specified positions for integration with each other. The communication module designed for transfer comprises a module to generate the first carrier signal and the first frequency converter, and a communication module designed for reception includes a module to generate the second carrier signal, and the second frequency converter.
