SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunications. For this purpose, disclosed is a transceiver for wireless communication networks in the subterahertz frequency range, comprising an antenna, receiving and transmitting modules, wherein the receiving module is configured to receive and demodulate a signal in an analogue path, and the transmitting module is configured to modulate the signal in the analogue path and transmit the modified signal to devices with a different frequency; power amplifier stage including three differential stages; signal generation and distribution circuit, which includes a heterodyne and a set of purity multipliers, wherein the heterodyne is configured to change the wavelength of the signal and transmit the modified signal to the transmitting module, wherein the main synthesizer uses a subharmonic PLL of a lower frequency with subsequent increase in the frequency of the heterodyne by a set of frequency multipliers.

EFFECT: increased speed of data transmission due to operation of the transceiver in the millimetre range and direct demodulation of the signal in the analogue channel.
