FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to sexual pathology, and can be used in case of uncertainty and fear about the outcome of sexual intercourse, in case of quick erection, desire to prolong sexual intercourse after erection, discrepancy of partners' sexual organs. Prosthesis contains head fixer, lugs, base fixer, rods which connect them. Between base fixer and lugs length compensator is installed. Length compensator is made in form of bush with spring inside. One end of compensator is rigidly connected with rod, the other end being rigidly connected with base fixer. Between length compensator and lugs above rods installed is corrector of thickness, made in transverse section in form of new moon. In longitudinal section end of corrector is made truncated and forms acute angle between secant plane and corrector bottom. Lugs are made with possibility of divergence together with rods to the sides in plane, passing through longitudinal sides of two rods. In the place where lugs transfer into rods, formed is slot, and it is overlapped by bridge. In addition, in case of necessity to light woman's sexual organ at night time, prosthesis is provided with light source, electric power source and microswitch.

EFFECT: reliable holding of penis, ensuring unimpeded introduction of prosthesis into sexual organ and elimination of trauma of woman's tissues during sexual intercourse.
