NEOFALLOS IMPLANT AND METHOD OF PENILE PROSTHESIS IMPLANTATION IN NEOPENIS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61F2/26 A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2748879 C2

FIELD: medicine; gynecology; urology.

SUBSTANCE: device and method relate to medicine, namely gynecology and urology. The neofallos implant contains a distal part that is adapted to be inserted into the neofallos tissue to provide the neofallos with an erection suitable for penetrating sexual intercourse, a first proximal part and a second proximal part, a transition joint having a distal end connected to the distal part of the neofallos implant, a first proximal end connected to the first proximal part of the neofallos implant, a second proximal end connected to the second proximal part of the neofallos implant, with the body of the transition joint located between the distal end, the first proximal end and the second proximal end. At the same time, the body of the transition joint has a fixed bend, which is adapted to orient the first proximal part and the second proximal part along the right and left branches of the pubic arch of the transgender man’s pubic arch. The transition joint, the distal part, the first proximal part and the second proximal part are combined in such a way that they provide a Y-shaped neofallos implant. A neofallos is formed. The distal part is inserted into the neofallos and the formation of the neopenis is carried out. The first proximal part of the neofallos implant is fixed between the muscle attached to the pubic branch of the transgender man’s pelvis and the tissue. Or a neofallos is formed. The inflated distal part is inserted into the neofallos. The first proximal part of the Y-shaped inflated implant is held between the muscle attached to the first pubic branch of the pelvis of a transgender man and the first tissue located above the muscle. Retention is provided of the second proximal part of the Y-shaped inflated implant between the muscle attached to the second pubic branch of the pelvis of a transgender man and the second tissue located above the muscle. A contact is provided of the fixed bend at the transition joint with one of the first human tissue and the second human tissue and provide restriction of movement of the Y-shaped inflated implant.

EFFECT: device and method make it possible to give a person to whom the female sex is assigned at birth, a genital appearance that corresponds to his male gender identity; the neopenis is suitable for penetrating sexual intercourse.
