FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method for making protein microparticles wherein protein represents sialydase or sialydase fused protein which contains a catalytic domain of sialydase and glycosaminoglycan (GAG)-binding anchor domain. The microparticles are made by mixing an aqueous solution of protein with isopropanol and a counterion, and cooling said solution to temperature below 4°C.
EFFECT: preparing the microparticles of sialydase or sialydase fused protein specifically characterised by sialydasesize distribution and good dispersion ability.
