FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, particularly, to processing of effluents bearing oil and suspended solid particles and may be used at separators and collectors. Proposed filter comprises suspension feeder, filtration band, band tractor, support surface and system to clean band of sediments. Suspension feeder is composed of tube with lengthwise groove enveloped by band for suspension to be forced there through. Tube outer surface makes a filtration band support while band cleaning system is made up of tube similar to suspension feeder in contact with band back side. Suspension feeder is provided with cleaned water discharge chute and cleaned water tank while cleaning system incorporates sediment discharge chute, washing water feed pump communicated with cleaned water tank, scraper to remove sediment layer from band, centrifuge to separate washing water from sediment, and thickened sediment tank.
EFFECT: injection water cleaning.
