FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain intermediate and milling if flour production. Three horizontal rolls make two roll gaps between central high-speed roll and two low-speed rolls. High-speed roll bearings are arranged on machine bed while low-speed bearings are arranged on shackle ends. Shackle center thrusts on pivot pin secured at lever center. Said lever is articulated with said bed by one end and with flexible element by opposite end. Roll gearing comprises pair of replaceable gears fitted on high-speed roll and idle shaft and flexible gear coupling pulleys of two low-speed rolls and cogged pulley on idler shaft.
EFFECT: higher milling ratio and efficiency, reduced noise.
