FIELD: machine building, food industry.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge-type roller mill comprises bed, two rollers, roller-to-roller gear transmission, throw-out mechanism and device to adjust gap between rollers. Aforesaid two rollers, throw-out mechanism and gap adjustment device are mounted on rigid base and make a cartridge that moves on support rollers with their shafts fitted on aforesaid bed. Roller-to-roller gear transmission represents a reduction gear with its input and output shafts coupled with rollers with the help of rollers. Reduction gear is mounted on the bed to move along rollers axis.

EFFECT: fast replacement of two worn out rollers, reduced noise and longer life.
