FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to surface and cavity cleaning with the help of cryogenic fluids and may be used in production of parts with higher cleanliness requirements. Proposed method comprises arranging cryogenic system in heating chamber, filling said system with liquid nitrogen from storage tank in amount of Va≈(0.38…0.4)Vs m3, where Vs is system inner volume, isolating said volume by closing the nitrogen feed and drain valves, increasing system and vessel temperature to T≥125.25 K with control over pressure increase to P≥34 kgf/cm2 to change fluid into supercritical fluid state, holding it in said state for dissolution-cleaning purposes and discharge of nitrogen via drain valve at system bottom.
EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning.
