SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-energy materials and specifically to components of gas-generating compositions and can be used in fire-extinguishing systems, self-contained systems for raising drowned objects, in car airbags, in oil well stimulation systems, as well as components of solid rocket propellant. The combustible binder contains: methylpolyvinyl tetrazole, dinitrazapentane, 1-ethyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole, 2-ethyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole.

EFFECT: production of a combustible binder with improved chemical compatibility with components of gas-generating compositions and solid rocket propellants and which ensures operation in conditions of lower operating temperatures owing to reduced sensitivity to mechanical action.
