FIELD: processes and equipment for extracting gold from rebellious gold containing ores.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of breaking ore; disintegrating and sorting it; flotation concentration of ore for receiving flotation concentrate and flotation tailings; bacterial oxidation of sulfide flotation concentrate; producing bio-cake; separating bio-cake out of acidic liquid phase; washing out and neutralizing bio-cake; performing sorption cyaniding of bio-cake; desorption of gold out of saturated sorbent; electrolytic separation of gold out of eluates and melting cathode residues on ingot of Doray alloy. Before bacterial oxidation of floatation concentrate its is disintegrated. Sorption cyaniding of bio-cake and separate sorption cyaniding of floatation tailings are performed at using oxygen. Particles of non-diluted gold and residual gold- containing sulfides are trapped by means of gravitation processes from sorption cyaniding residues of bio-cake and sorption cyaniding residues of flotation tailings. Received gravitation concentrates are combined for after disintegrating them till class 0.02 - 0.04 mm and then they are cyanided at concentration of cyanide 1 - 2 g/l and at saturation of pulp with oxygen till 20 mg/l. Pulp of gravitation concentrates leached by means of cyanide are fed for sorption cyaniding of bio-cake for common sorption of gold, Saturated sorbents of sorption cyaniding of bio-cake and sorption cyaniding of flotation tailings are fed for desorption of gold.

EFFECT: improved degree of gold extraction, lowered reagent consumption, enhanced efficiency of process.
