FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: bullet is arranged as monolithic from a plastic material by pressing or casting in the form of a solid of revolution formed by serial coupling of two conical solids of revolution aimed with their tops along with motion. It comprises a head part, formed by serial coupling of a hemispherical head fairing and a body of the bullet head part, formed by combination of conical, cylindrical and support spherical sections, having the maximum diameter in its cylindrical part, equal to 0.5-0.8 of the barrel channel diameter, and a tail part, formed by serial coupling of the cylindrical section of the bullet head part, smoothly adjoining the support spherical surface of the head part, and a conical stabiliser skirt equipped at the side of the skirt base with a dead conical cavity, the depth of which is equal to the length of the conical part of the skirt. A cartridge comprises a case, an igniting facility, a powder charge, a bullet specified above and a pulling tray comprising sector half-trays made of a polymer material. Half-trays with their inner surface follow contours of the external surface of the bullet from the base of the spherical head fairing to the point of coupling of the bullet tail part with the head part. On the external surface the sector half-trays are equipped with guide, aligning and obturator belts, separated from each other by compensation grooves.

EFFECT: higher range, accuracy and closer grouping of firing.
