The base of the light diode module is made in the form of a plate, on the upper surface of which there are light-emitting crystals, at least some light-emitting crystals are included into a serial electric circuit, at the same time the number of serially connected light-emitting crystals is selected such that total voltage of light diode module supply exceeds the value of 100, the radiator has longitudinal ribs, the external side surface of the radiator is coated with a jacket, having holes in the lower part, the base of the light diode module is placed on the radiator so that it does not close channels formed by ribs of the radiator and the jacket surface.
