SEALED PASSAGE OF CABLE COMMUNICATION LINES Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC H02G3/22

Abstract RU 2465701 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as a sealed entrance of electric cables via tight protective walls, boxes, where high reliability of hazardous products confinement is required during trials, including explosive ones, supply of high number of cable communication lines (CCL) to a trial facility for operation of plants, to control various units, the trial facility and environment in the area of its location, receiving information from measurement practices. A sealed passage for cables comprises a cast-in pipe, where cable communication lines (CCL) are laid, its inner volume is filled with an insulation material, adapters are sealed to the cast-in pipe at both sides with flanges increased in diameter relative to the cast-in pipe, where nozzles are tightly fixed, on the outer sides of which there are also panels tightly installed for tight fixation of CCL connectors on them, nozzles are equipped with unions for inspection of tightness of the sealed passage.

EFFECT: invention provides for development of a sealed passage for cable communication lines with maximum possible quantity of CCL, heat and radiation resistance of design, protection against neutron radiation.
