FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely to protection against infections. Group of the inventions involves a visualisation diagnostic unit which comprises a visualisation diagnostic apparatus with a visualisation area, first and second main walls, an expanded isolating wall which when expanded overlaps a distance between the first and second main walls. The isolating wall divides the visualisation unit on a potentially contaminated portion and a non-contaminated portion isolating these portions. The isolating wall comprises a central portion, substantially aligned with the visualisation area, at least one expanded portion folded and attached to the first main wall. The expanded portion interfaces the central portion when expanding the expanded portion. The isolation environment is created for visualisation in one of the versions by making a wall in the visualisation diagnostic unit. The expanded portion of the wall comprises at least two hinged panels. Then the panels are expanded from the main wall along the guide path for making a joint with the central portion. Thereafter, the junction between the panels and the main wall, the junction between the panels, between the panels and the guide paths are hermetically sealed. Group of the inventions also comprises the visualisation diagnostic unit designed so that to divide and isolate the unit on the potentially contaminated portion and the non-contaminated portion according to the stages of the method as described above. What is also declared is the expanded isolating wall for isolation of the contaminated portion of the visualisation unit from the non-contaminated portion, comprising the central portion adjoining the visualisation apparatus with a hole, a number of the expanded panels hinged, penetrating and movable in the guide paths spread over a ceiling and a floor of the visualisation unit. The hole surrounds a patient's receipt area in the visualisation apparatus. The panels are movable between the expanded configuration between the main walls of the unit and the fold configuration. Seals are used for hermetic sealing between the expanded panels, between the expanded panels and the central portion, between the expanded panels and the main walls, between the expanded panels and the ceiling and the floor, and between the isolating apparatus and the central portion. The other version of implementation of the isolating wall is a wall implemented with enabled random expansion and biological hermetisation. The expanded portion is folded and attached to the first main wall and joins the central portion when the expanded portion is expanded. The visualisation unit is configured by selective expansion of the isolating wall with providing biological isolation of one portion of the unit from another; at least one expanded portion is folded and attached to the first main wall. The expanded portion interfaces the central portion when expanding the expanded portion.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables protection against infections.
