SUBSTANCE: invention of a folding house is related to folding prefabricated building structures, namely, to mobile folding houses. The mobile folding house in the transport position is made in form of a container consisting of a non-separable block. The non-separable block is formed from interconnected elements of the floor, roof, an element of the longitudinal wall and two elements of the side walls. Pivot-connected folding elements are attached to the non-separable block, which provide the possibility of increasing the usable area of the house and forming a folding part of the house. Folding elements are walls, floor and roof elements. The possible sequence of unfolding folding elements for the transformation of the house is determined.

EFFECT: creation of mobile home with the possibility of its simple and multiple transformation.
