SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to obstetrics and gynecology, and deals with prevention of fetal congenital malformations. For this purpose in the first term of pregnancy to pregnant woman introduced are water solution of medication "Immunal" in dose 1 dosometric pipette 2 times per day, nicotine acid pills in dose 50 mg 2 times per day, rectal clysters with 30% sodium thiosulfate solutions in dose 5.0 ml and 0.25% solution of novocaine - 15 ml; rekicen RD in dose a dessert spoon two times per day simultaneously daily during 30 days.
EFFECT: empirically selected complex of medications, introduced in devised doses and regimen, ensures efficient prevention of fetal congenital malfunctions without side effects.
